Cheapest VPS, by the real bill
1,274 servers from 48 providers, from €3.06 a month. Prices checked 5 hours ago
The cheapest VPS is the one with the lowest bill, not the lowest banner. This list ranks virtual servers from providers worldwide by what you pay each month over the period you choose: the price tag, plus the IPv4 address where it costs extra, setup fees, the renewal price once an introductory offer ends, and VAT if you pick a country. The order is worked out again whenever a price changes.
- Lowest bill
- €3.06(The lowest bill with every charge known. Rows priced lower leave out a charge their provider doesn’t publish.)
- Typical hidden fees
- +€73.01/mo(32% of these servers cost more than their price tag once the required fees are added (IPv4, setup, traffic, minimum term). On those, the extra is typically €73.01 a month. The list is always sorted by the full bill.)

171 servers with IPv6 only are hidden because bills include an IPv4 address. Show them without IPv4
Some links may earn ServerDiff a commission. It never changes the order, which is the bill under the assumptions shown. How we rank
Why the cheapest price tag is often not the cheapest server: many low prices are introductory. They apply to the first term only, sometimes only when you pay one to four years in advance, and the plan then renews at a higher monthly price. Other plans look cheap because the public IPv4 address is a separate line on the invoice. Over twelve months those extras can matter more than the gap between two price tags, so this page compares the whole bill.
What “best” means here: providers cannot buy a position, and the order ignores reviews and commissions. It is the bill under the assumptions shown above the list, with a fixed tie-break, and the methodology page explains every step. If you need more than the lowest price, narrow the list first (memory, dedicated cores, a country close to your users) and then compare the bills that are left.
How to read a row: the large figure is the average monthly bill over the chosen period, and the price the provider advertises sits beside it. The difference is what the advertised price leaves out. Open a server to see each line of its bill, where every price comes from and when it was last checked.
