A server for Coolify or Dokploy

1,406 servers from 47 providers, from €5.41 a month. Prices checked 8 hours ago

Coolify and Dokploy turn one server into your own Heroku or Vercel: push to Git and they build the app, start it in Docker, issue the HTTPS certificate and run the database next to it. Coolify’s documentation gives 2 CPU cores, 2 GB of memory and 10 GB of disk as the minimum for Coolify itself; Dokploy asks for at least 2 GB and 30 GB. Your apps come on top, so this list starts at 2 vCPU, 4 GB of memory and 80 GB of storage.

Typical hidden fees
+€4.55/mo(41% of these servers cost more than their price tag once the required fees are added (IPv4, setup, traffic, minimum term). On those, the extra is typically €4.55 a month. The list is always sorted by the full bill.)

143 servers with IPv6 only are hidden because bills include an IPv4 address. Show them without IPv4

Some links may earn ServerDiff a commission. It never changes the order, which is the bill under the assumptions shown. How we rank

Why more than the minimum: the platform builds your apps on the same server, and a Node or Next.js build can take a gigabyte or two of memory for a minute, on top of the apps already running. Docker images, build caches and database volumes fill the disk faster than you expect, which is why 80 GB is the starting point here. For more than five or six apps, raise the memory filter to 8 GB, or let Coolify build on a second server.

What it replaces on the bill: a platform-as-a-service charges per app, per database and often per seat. Here you pay one server, with the IPv4 address, any setup fee and the renewal price included in the monthly figure, and run as many small apps as it holds. The trade is that updates, backups and the server itself are yours to look after.

Before you buy: both tools need ports 80 and 443 free and a public IPv4 address for most visitors, so keep the IPv4 address on. Coolify runs on x86 and Arm servers alike, and Arm plans are often the cheapest way to get the memory. Turn on backups, and keep database dumps somewhere else as well.
